I thought it was funny when I saw an "I'd rather be fighting global warming" on a car in Maryland. That was nothing.
You really have to check out these cars from Berkeley (courtesy Zombietime). Low-lying fruit: An old Chevy Blazer (8.7 MPG) with a "Be Green" bumper sticker. My favorite: A Subaru Outback AWD with the plates AWD4MAO.
